Each and every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. Yes, the area is a bit loud, but one would expect that so close to the pier, and a balcony room. A few homeless people around the area, but still felt very safe. I would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks Oceanview!

Hotel room was clean, shower was really nice. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Received free towels to bring to beach, bicycles to ride around the city, free pass to fitness studio and discount coupons for dinner at local restaurants. Overnight parking for guest is little outrageous but otherwise we had great stay.

The property was beautiful and they had a lot of special extras for guests such as free sunglasses and so many extra toiletries in the room such as scrubbing shower sponge and sewing kit etc. Theresa signed us in and she has to be one of the nicest people I have ever met at a hotel. She gave exceptional service and was knowledgeable and helpful.

The location was good and easy to find, as we wanted to see the boardwalk. The lobby was nice and updated. The parking was okay. You had to go in and register, then go park. The room was okay. We booked a courtyard-facing room, but it really was an alley view, which was a bit disappointing. For the price of the room, I feel we overspent.
