The room we stayed in had roaches and stains on the bedsheets. If you need something cheap and dont care about how clean and safe your room is then go ahead and book here. If you dont want your skin to itch after laying on the bed, then book somewhere else.

I liked that it was cheap, had a bed, a bathroom, and a door that locked, I didn't like that the bathtub was filthy and unusable because the drain was plugged The maid neglected to replenish the toilet paper on the second day I was there, and when I tried to call the front desk to get more, the phone didn't work, so I (80 years old and crippled) walked painfully with my cane to find a maid, and when I found her and asked for toilet paper, she said, "No," so I had to walk to the front desk to get toilet paper for my room. The bathtub had filth all over the bottom on the first day, and when I returned the second day, it had several inches of dirty water in it, not from me because I hadn't used it. I tried to remove a plug to let it drain, but there was no plug in it. The drain just didn't drain, or did so slowly that it took overnight. I observed a cockroach crawling across the tub also. The linoleum floor was cracked with parts missing, and there weren't enough blankets on the bed. I don't know if the TV worked because I didn't try it. I'll look for a different motel next time I'm in that area.

Staff was friendly and if you forget your toiletries they have you covered. The place could definitely use an upgrade on the beds though!! Every time you move, they creak so loudly it wakes you up! The walls are so thin that you hear everything around you as well. Listened to a crying baby for a decent portion of the night. So between that and the bed, barely any sleep at all. Other than that was ok..

First room shown was dated Moved to a better room All mod cons None worked properly. One member of staff was fantastic, rest just said “I don’t know” Emailed prior to arrival many times No answer Asked for room cleaning Only once in a week was the room made The place is in a bad area Other residents were some kind of government place bet scheme for homeless.

We stayed twice at this hotel giving it a chance because of the convenience to CSUN but horrible experience both times. No internet service in two different stays so if you need internet for business or school forget about this hotel. Not sure why it is called hotel if O have stayed in much better motels than this. Too much noise from the street, I guess cheap windows and walls that can’t stop much noise. Dirty carpet all around, I will never stay again in this place! 😡😡

BUGS!!!!
Bugs!! When I first arrived to the room, there were roaches and bugs all over especially in the bathroom. I stayed at the motel for an extended weekend. Thank God for a 24hr fitness down the street where I took my showers. I tried to use a microwave only to find roaches inside. There were roaches near the bed. The chair looks soiled from previous guest. The walls were stained. I used the refrigerator once only to have my drink freeze. The only good part was that my stay was very quiet and safe.

It wasn't terrible but I don't think I'd stay here with my family. The staff was very friendly and reassuring that it's a safe area they have a gated section for your car. Unfortunately there was a cockroach in the bathroom. But it wasn't noisy so I slept well, I don't know how the TV worked lol

Had a bad leg and had to take a room on the 2nd floor and no elevator. Outside steps up were dangerous. Room air conditioner was 8 feet high and could not reach. TV was worthless. Most stations would not come in and all snowy excrept for a couple. Bathroom toilet tub area was just enough room to turn around in and in bad condition. No wifi! Parking area was ok and secured. Thankfully only had to stay 2 nights while most time spent with relatives. Definitely would not recommend or stay again!

Its a hotel built out of an old apartment building. It gets the job done. No hassle. Its not the four seasons, but what is.

The only good thing was the bed was comfortable and had clean sheets The tv had more snow the Canada in January Repair staff didn’t speak English and seemed to say “you get what you pay for “ The pool was not open and looked shabby

1st Time
Overall it was a nice stay. Evening Staff who helped me check in was so friendly and helpful. My only 2 negatives were I reserved a king bed and got a double and the shower was broken and had no hot water. The room was comfortable and just the right amount of pillows - which was 4 yay. Other than the 2 negatives mentioned above it was overall good and I would stay again.
Shower/tub with shampoo and conditioner.
TV, microwave and small fridge.
Bed with plenty of pillows.
Sink area - toilet is on other side of wall.

A relatively no-frills motel, but fine in a pinch.
This is an older motel that appears to have been around since the 60's. The room I was in was clean and spacious but had cracks in the tile floor and the walls were in need of a repaint. I did like the inclusion of a "Kitchen" room with full fridge, sink and microwave though. The shower was pleasant, and the bedroom included a decent sized flatscreen TV. The bed was a bit harder than I would have preferred too. I was also disappointed to notice that the pool was locked up and unreachable.
