There are bed bugs and they clearly don't care . Offered another room and we asked for a refund we were only there from 10 pm to 1120 pm and no it is a health issue clearly . Clearly irresponsible staff

Good Morning, We had pest control come in the morning and it was one spider not bedbugs. We contacted expedia to process your refund. We understand you were scared in the moment but we take cases like that very seriously and it was not bed bugs

This was a great price for one night. Staff were helpful and polite over the phone re check in. Parking was plenty and easy. Had everything we needed- coffee, microwave, fridge. Ed was presented well and comfortable. Room was A little run down. Bathroom door and shower were cracked. Dripping tap. Everything was basic, so pay more if want bigger towels and better shower wash etc. this was great for the price.

Thin walls people were banging on walls early in the morning. I could hear people’s conversation. Not a pleasant experience. Only stayed one day. And I didn’t get my refund

It's quite old and worn, and on a busy street. However, it was clean, and inside the room quite quiet. I only saw hotel staff when I checked in, but the coffee for the coffee maker was replenished while I was out. There was parking directly outside the room.

Our room wasn’t the best. Other rooms look better. Linen was very clean. Room was clean. Pub next door with great happy hour. Convenient to cruise terminal was 10 mins away by taxi. Shopping mall and fast food eating establishments in walking distance.

Terrible customer service.
The room was decent, some what clean. however, the front desk personal that checked us in went in the middle of the night to ask under who's name was the room rented to. after someone was trying to get in at midnight. My spouse when he heard someone attempting to open shouted that the room was occupied. then the person went to the front desk and had the person come confirm. I was with my spouse and child 4 years old. this should not have happened.

I complained to the front desk. Showed them pics of the moldy coffee pot and trash in the room. The desk agent told me there was nothing he could do. Then tried to complain I smoked in the stinking room. Terrible, dirty rooms and poor customer service. This place is trash!

Definitely a great experience
It was a good experience, altho the receptionist seems he was a bit annoyed that we came in, but over all he was polite. The room was great clean spacious, the AC blew cold air but it wasn't extremely cold, bed was controble and clean, the room did had everything you need as it was shown on the listing

No frills, but clean and decent
This is a no-frills place to stay. Room is clean, hot water is hot, air conditioner is cold, bed soft but comfortable. Staff friendly. On the other hand, no kleenexes, not much space to hang around the room in the daytime. Have to find your breakfast elsewhere. Bottom line: A decent place to spend a few nights.

I wanted a cheap room for one night. This place looked a little scary, at first, but everything turned out fine. The room was simple. The carpet was dirty, but everything else was clean. Great water pressure in the shower. It’s not a place I would take my bride for our honeymoon, but it was priced accordingly and fit my needs.
