It was a good room and the staff were very friendly as The only issue was the checkout time as it was too early compared to other hotels and when discussing with the staff the possibility of extending it for two hours due to my flight, they rejected. Other than that, it’s a good value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay at Princes Square Hotel. The hotel was a quick walk from transit to get you anywhere in London. Grocery and food available a short walk away if you don’t want to go far. Beds were comfy, proper duvet covers on the duvets with higher quality material so it was soft and cozy. We had a kettle and tea or coffee for the morning. Very quiet neighborhood so I slept great. I’d recommend this place!

Sorry but I’ve got bedbugs bites, and I’m quite sure it was during my staying at your hotel , cause started with little rash and as the days went by during my staying it became worst , the doctor said it was an allergic reaction to bedbugs

Not worth the money
The room was on the 4th floor and there was no lift. It was situated next to the entrance to the floor, and we heard every single person coming in. The air-conditioning was malfunctioning and was terribly noisy, and the gentleman they kept sending up to fix it spoke no english and didn't know anything about it. There is no sound proofing of any kind, so if you would like to get a good night's sleep-this is probably not the place. I must admit I am surprised how highly this hotel is rated. Would not visit again.

The room was clean but smaller than a prison cell. Nothing to brag about. The hotel is nothing but a bed and bathroom. Location to the subway was good though.

I needed assistance to make a phone call and was helped by the front desk as well as was having trouble turning on the lights and did not have to leave my room since the front desk called me to assist me with what I needed.

We were assigned a Room On the lower level with no elevator access and adjacent to 2 separate fire exits. Not connected to the main hotel and felt as though we were in the basement.

Unfortunately, I had to check out of this hotel only after a few hours on the property. I am allergic to mold, mildew and dust. Within a short time of being in our room, my eyes began to sting and water, my throat became sore and I began to sneeze. My symptoms became progressively worse. The carpet was stained. I was also shocked by the size of the room. We had twin beds. The narrowness of the room prevented me from bringing my suitcase next to my bed because the beds took up all of the room leaving only a narrow space by the window and the entrance way. There were no drawers to place clothes.I would have had to leave my suitcase on the entryway floor. The bath towels at one time white had yellowish stains.The air in the room was damp and stale. There was a short indoor tower fan by the window but it had dust in it and on it. I could not find a thermostat in the room to allow us to adjust the temperature. During our time there, noise was coming from the room next door. Our hearing sounds of a couple moaning, groaning and then laughing demonstrated that the walls had little sound insulation. I had saved for this vacation and the expense of moving to a new hotel was not in my intended budget. However, my physical health and enjoyment had to take priority. Despite not staying a night in the hotel, the hotel refuses any refund for my week's reservation.Expedia was told that I never made complaints. I clearly did.Staff said manager wasn't available until next day-couldn't help me.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately we do not accept the points raised. A short while after you checked in, you dropped the key at reception and left. Had we been informed, we could have immediately moved you to another room. The vast majority of reviews left by guests do not share your opinion.

I liked the property very much although only ended up staying the first night. I actually checked out on the 24th of October and did not receive a refund for the other 16 nights that I did not stay. So for this reason, I will not consider using the property in the future.

Convenient to underground
Location, condition all decent. Front desk staff helpful. But...room is very small and breakfast was a mess—no communication about how to order food. Staff didn’t speak English so there needed to be some written instructions.

Good value
Double bed was clean but in a small room against a wall so was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was excellent. On the whole, great value for money. We would come again.

Although cozy and attractive, the property lacked even basic amenities such as face towels and conditioner. Also, the shower temperature fluctuated hot/cold for no apparent reason. There was evidence of mold in the bathroom. Breakfast was served in a cramped basement. I do not intend to return.

We would have been happy to provide more toiletries had they been requested and we may have been able to move you to another room had we been advised during your stay. Whilst the breakfast room is in the basement we do feel there is ample seating for guests to comfortably enjoy their breakfast.

This hotel was perfect for a few days in London with friends. The breakfast service was delicious and perfect to start each day on our adventure. Shower was clean and hot, beds were comfortable, and the room was overall a good size for 3 people. Walls are thin so you can hear when people are outside your door, but thankfully we had a corner room next to the linens closet so we didn't have to hear other patrons talking. I would stay here again.

The location of the property is great. You are right next to the Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Also the big bus stop is right around the corner. On the next street over there are many Chinese restaurants and many shops. It was a great location. Now the hotel is definitely not a 4 star so not sure why it is ranked that. It is probably a good 2 star hotel. The rooms were small but it worked for us 3. We got lucky that our room had an AC unit since I had read it didn’t have any. The only thing that would have been nice is for the coffee machine to be clean enough to use. It was really dirty like it had never been cleaned. Overall I would still recommend this hotel.
