The staff were friendly and quick to help with transportation planning regarding routes and bus numbers. We were always greeted in a friendly way when leaving and returning to hotel. The shower had great hot water and amenities. Great location in a nice neighbourhood.

Great location in Paddington. Convenient for the tube. Beautiful parks nearby. Basic hotel but very clean and very friendly staff. We had late transportation back home and we were allowed to store our luggage for just £5 for 3 bags so were able to spend more time in London on our last day.

The room was cartoonishly small, and the bed even smaller. I'm glad I'm only 5'6", otherwise it would have been impossible to fit in it.

Smaller room but clean and it was quite walkable distance from Paddington airport and lot of places to shop for little items to take back home and food options

Incredibly rundown facilities. Thankfully, I just stayed there one night. Only one electrical outlet in the whole tiny room. Tiny elevators. Tiny walkable corridors. The bathtub was clogged. Floor tiling was not properly installed. Check-in was rude. Check-out was fine. Property looks acceptable from the outside. It is located in a posh area, and close to Paddington station, but it is surprisingly rundown.

We had the family room which was a great option but the beds were terrible. You could see the springs coming through the mattress and could hardly sleep on it.

The room was very small for a double bed. No room to move around. Doors on shower didn’t open sufficiently far making getting in and out quite tricky Staff on reception were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Lady serving on restaurant was very friendly

On the morning of 26 February 2024 at about 5.30-6am the ceiling above my bed started to leak water on to me and my possessions so I went to reception rapidly to report the flood. I have increased the rating for cleanliness but have decreased for safety as the water was emerging from the electric light socket in the ceiling and the receptionist turned the lights on when he cam to the room until I shouted at him it was a live current (not the water!).

Staff very kind and attentive. Room itself was ok; bathroom very very small with very low ceiling (difficult to wash hair at 5ft 10). Room was ok and clean; lacked finishing touches (lamp, accessible plug sockets). We were given a twin room which ended up having a spiral staircase - not notified of this prior to booking.

Nice Hotel, but has its downs
Everything was really good, from the price to the staff, to the cleanliness if the room and bathroom. I wish the staff told us about there being two lifts and that the second lift from the 4th floor can take us to the 5th floor directly instead of having to take the stairs with heavy luggage. Another aspect to take into consideration is that every sound can be heard through the walls so sleeping was kind of hard for light sleepers 😅

We got an upgrade according to the manager. We found there were four beds in tiny split level room. TV doesn’t work; broken loo paper holder; the sliding shower door was broken; the bed was torn. Only good facts about this hotel is the location is excellent.

The level of service that was provided, first a lady called nisha, which gave no good customer service at all, no smile no hello no thankyou no feelings at all. Felt like someone in her home died and shes come to work gave us a room which was right opposit the lift on 2nd floor when i went in the room i couldn't even open my big suitcase, i went downstairs and vinny and waqas were ever so helpful, always service with manners and a smile, always acknowledge when we entered or exited the hotel, they provided two room keys in which i could choose which i room i wanted. I went with the biggest which was on 4th floor. Perfect room. Everything was provided in that room. There was a small issue with the water. In the morning to have a shower before 7am the water was super hot boiling point when i mentioned it to the Reception they sent the maintenance man and he fixed it for us which was again excellent. Everyday we cleaned our room put the tag on the front of the door and they come by and clean the room. Never touch any of our belongings. Very nice cleaners staff. Excellent cleaning of room.Didn't like how we had to pay £5 for 2 bags. Other hotels keep it for free. Overall 10/10

It was good, simple and basic rooms but functional. Small room but as you'd expect. Excellent location minutes from Paddington Station, easy walk to most attractions. Couple of small things, the bath towels were tiny.. don't know if this is a thing in the UK or not but found it odd, and just one Pillow each. No biggy but odd..

Do not book this hotel! No option to leave 0 stars so had to put 1 star. Please read the reviews, don’t waste your money or be disappointed. Firstly, staff are very rude and unwelcoming. Secondly, there are laundry baskets etc outside of the rooms, which make it look very untidy. The room itself is dirty, damaged and generally disgraceful. How this hotel is allowed to remain open and have 3 stars is beyond belief. They take a £50 deposit for damage, however the whole room is damaged. Staff are aware that the room is damaged. There are multiple holes in the wall, the sheets are unclean with marks, holes and hair. The floor is broken. The mattress’ are mouldy. The windows don’t open for fresh air. The radiators are dirty. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and squeaky. You are told not to use the towels and get them dirty? The lights do not work properly. The skirting boards are bashed and dirty. There are stains, chips and holes over the walls. The phone does not work to contact reception. They charge £5 to hold your luggage. You are told not to leave any valuables in the room, and make you sign a wavier form stating that the hotel are not liable for missing items. Do not consider booking this hotel, please don’t make the same mistake we did. Hotel staff need trained in people skills and hotel needs to be demolished.

Having stayed here before I knew the area and how handy it is for everything. The rooms have gone a little dated since my last stay in 2015. The not so good piece was on the first night, we have 3 single beds but get advised that we will have a double bed and a single bed for the first night but next 2 nights we can move rooms to get the set up we had requested. No offer of breakfast was provided, which would have helped seeing as we had booked this months ago. Service and fixing your errors are a big one in my books.

Our stay was 3nights the welcome was excellent, the hotel seemed very clean & tidy. The room was tired but clean, however the shower/toilet was not big enough for 2people: there were no shelves on which to place your toiletries and I would suggest this room was ONLY appropriate for a single person. Disappointing! We cannot comment on the restaurant or bar as we did not use them!

The property could use some updating. It’s a bit antiquated, but the location is great! It’s safe and middle of everything. The hotel doesn’t have any fridges or microwaves for rooms. Getting a bucket of ice is hit or miss, and they will nickel and dime you for everything. Breakfast is very uneventful but it’s a start. Overall I don’t love it or hate it. It’s just average.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was poorly maintained, the double bed was too short with a gap in the middle. The air conditioning was not turned on in hallways when outside temperature was 30 degrees, rooms were very hot and stuffy. I had previously stayed at this hotel 5 years ago, I couldn’t believe how much the standards had dropped during this time
