Amazing 2 weeks
This was our 2nd time at this property.The office personnel is so friendly and helpful. We love staying here. Its close to the tube, bus, bikes and railway. The cleaning person is amazing and always helpful. Can't wait to go back next year

Great room but not so great smell
We loved the apartment and enjoyed our 4 night stay there overall. Location is perfect, just a walking distance to underground stations and bodega. We had the lower floor room overlooking the front terrace and perfect for 2 people. The only thing we were uncomfortable with was the smell of the room. We weren’t sure where it came from because the smell was there from the moment we checked in until the day we checked out. everyday we had to use a room spray that my friend bought to make it less uncomfortable, turned on the ventilator in the kitchen when we were in the apartment, and even opened the window. We hardly use the kitchen as we were always out exploring London and only come back till late, but the bad odour was always there and we just ran out of ideas how to get rid of it. But other than that, our stay was nearly perfect.

Stylish apartment for a city break
The apartment was very stylish, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all basic equipment, including a corkscrew if that's a priority! Lovely hot walk-in shower too. We didn't see any staff during our 5 day stay and our apartment wasn't serviced in that time but we appreciated the privacy. We were in a location close to Paddington and ideal to get to Hyde Park and the museums in Kensington. The nearest tube was a few minutes walk away. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The apartment is located in a lovely location - 2 min walk from Bayswater tube station and about 6min walk from Queensway. The area is overall nice - there are loads of restaurants on the ”main” road and the apartment was really easy to find. Also walking distance to Notting Hill / Portobello road. I stayed in one bedroom apartment on the top floor. There are no lifts - but as i was only travelling with hand luggage it did not matter. The apartment itself was really pretty, modern and clean - just how i like it. I cant think of anything bad to say about my stay. Also eventhough there is not a reception desk the staff was very helpful - only a phonecall/email away. When you make a reservation you’ll get very easy instruction on how to get in. No problem with that! Eventhough i dont usually spent that much time on the apartments where i stay as i’m always exploring the city during daytime but i still want them to be clean, located in a good/easy location and to feel like i am almost at home. And this apartment ticked all of my boxes.

Very nice apartment in excellent order. Easy check in process using good instructions. Well located a short walk from the underground. Had everything you could need although some small milks would enhance the stay.

Internet is not good. You can’t even use your own
Internet is too bad phone bars very low can’t event talk in the room have to go outside this is ridiculous bathroom door is not closing and every body can see inside the room trough the window as I’m staying on the ground floor next to entrance and people is going in and out slamming the outdoor 24/7. I couldn’t even sleep in the night and call them for the issue. And they don’t care. Saying sorry for the inconvenience. This is ridiculous completely unprofessional. If you can’t do this job don’t do it will never come back. You will regret it ( some people smoking weed in front of the apartment

Had a really amazing experience at this apartment! Looked to be newly renovated and extremely clean and modern. Quick and helpful response when we emailed with questions. This apartment was in a great location as it is a 5 minute walk to 2 different tube stations, and bus stops about a 5 minute walk away as well. There is a Tesco nearby as well as multiple shops and restaurants. Overall we had a great experience here and would definitely stay here again!!

No reception, but check in process was clear and simple. Room was a good size, with a pleasant, private outdoor patio area. Room had everything you would expect, all new in excellent condition. Bed and linen clean and comfy. Shower excellent. Will definitely book again - at the price point I paid.

Very bad they put us in basement. Room very small
Stair very narrow .and under construction.hallway very hot. I never have hotel like that.they give you one small soap and body wash small tub.for four day to use .no clean up if over one week stay. No receiption can help. They show the picture is wrong .terrible my experience . I tell everyone don't booking this what terrace .

Worth the money apartment
Walking distance to Bayswater and Queensway Metro. Big Tesco nearby and lots of halal eateries. Cooking utensils provided to cook. Easy self check in/out procedures. Fast response for any queries. Nice room and bed. Washer/Dryer easy to use. If possible to request first level rooms. No stairs to climb.

Nice and functional apartment. Great location.
Our stay here was nice. Small studio but had everything we needed except the bathroom was small with no counter. Seemed to be recently updated. Even though there is no reception, the management responded to our emails and calls very quickly. Only complaint was the sheets did not seem washed... Hair and crumbs. We didn't let it bother our vacation though. Area is great and close to a lot.

A steal in central London
Incredible location in central London near 2 tube stations. Extremely convenient. Room is well-equipped with stove / microwave / convection oven. Close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. Many grocery stores nearby. Excellent value.

Affordable and convenient apartment in London
Room was clean and pleasant. Although it is small, it is expected when you stay in London. Amenities were adequate for usage. Can't really rate the staff service since I did not meet any. :) Overall, location was ideal as the apartment was close to 2 metro stations (Central, District, Circle Line). Lots of restaurants to eat (a few halal options available). Good base for your visit to London.

Nice apartment with great location
Overall the apartment is located near many great restaurants and public transportation. It is a safe neighbourhood and the shower was large and ran hot. The bathroom was small otherwise but the rest of the room met all our needs. We were located on the basement floor which made it a bit dark and had some noise from the above apartment but otherwise good value for the money.

Too noisy!
Good location next to Kensington Park and Notting Hill, a bargain for London, but it was noisy! It was hot in the tiny room so the window had to be kept open. There was loud traffic noise, loud grinding plumbing noises anytime a toilet was flushed, loud groups of people talking outside. The double bed was tiny, the shower stall was tiny, there was no elevator. Slightly better than a hostel, tiny inside cruise ship rooms are more comfortable.

Three night stay for special occasion. Would suggest a towel rail in shower room as we could not dry them in the room and I did not expect to have to use drying facility which I believe had a charge.

Compact but clean, in good location
A small but clean room with the basic essentials for cooking for two. The bathroom was compact but not cramped. We had a somewhat slow-draining shower but we told the staff on check-out and they promised to attend to it immediately. We hardly heard our neighbours however were aware of the odd conversation in the hallway. On a pleasant street which is mostly hotels, a very short walk from Bayswater station on Queensway, and five minutes' walk to Kensington Gardens at the end of the street.

Great little place from a very fussy traveller !!
If you are looking for a great little room at a very decent price in a great area then look no further. I am working in London in the week and have booked to stay here for as long as I can. I have stayed in many of these cheaper 'Serviced Apartments' in the paddington area, many I would not go back to but felt this apartment deserves a good review. I stayed in appartment 10 on the first floor, great room, nice little balcony, very good shower. Internet was ok but could possible do with a booster and it would be nice if there were some tea and coffee making facilities but other than that, cant fault it for the money, small but perfectly useable. Very close to Bayswater and Queensway tubes which is great for both central and circle lines. So much to do around Queensway and Bayswater, every type of restraunt and pub you could wish for. I had a couple of times where I needed to email reception whist I was there and all dealt with very efficiently - Well done, keep up the good work....

Great location and clean apartment
In a city where hotel rates are ridiculously sky high, these apartments were considered really good value for money in my opinion. Check-in was relatively easy and the apartment was well equipped and very clean. Location was also fantastic as it was near a wide variety of restaurants and supermarkets which open late. Only cons were that we couldn't get proper internet connection as the signal was weak, and that the walls are pretty thin. I'd definitely stay here again!

Good room, but road noise is bad
Great location, right next to one of London great parks, around the corner two tube stations on different lines and a great bunch of restaurants right there. It was a well setup but small (typical London) room. Biggest issue is only ventilation is via the door to the balcony, street seems to be a favourite of motor bikes during the night. If it was winter it wouldn't be a problem but when it is mid summer then it is.

Great location close to Queensway and Bayswater tube. Good value and size for London Standards. Not too many amenities provided but modern and clean. Minor maintinance issues were attended to promptly. No staff on premises so no other services. Self contained. Excellent free Wigi. Can be noisy depending on who is staying in other flats

Convenient, cute room with a terrace
Great value for the money. Somewhere mixed between a huge step up from a hostel but not quite a hotel. Loved that it was independent and self catering. The terrace was wonderful, but unfortunately attached to others so I didn't keep my door open at night. Very close to grocery store, tube stations(circle line) and restaurants. Only downside is with the old building, the walls and ceilings are thin. I could hear and feel someone walking in the room above me. I'd stay again with earplugs!

Good location, just 5 minutes walk from the Bayswater tube station. Room was reasonably comfortable, albeit on the small side. Efficient communications (especially around the entry system). Would consider using again.

Review of basement flat 4
Great location, 5 minute walk form Bayswater Tube station. The room was clean and instructions to get there were perfect and wifi was excellent. Nice and warm as well - considering it was sub zero outside. However, there were a few issues which need addressing. Firsty don't go by appearances - the room we stayed in is not in the photos on this site. Its clean and ok but not what I would call conceptual. Secondly the floor by the entrance to the toilet/shower is a problem as the laminate floor has expanded leaving an unstable surface with a bit sticking out that can catch you unawares, particulally in the dark. The double bed isn't generous and is pushed against the wall making it difficult to get in for one person. I know sapce is a problem but there was room for the sidecupbaord to be on the wall side making access easier. There could be a mirror with access to a powerpoint for hair styling.Generally there is a bit of a shortage on the power points. Also the lobby area smelt of fish - there are washing machines there - so don't know if its a plumbing issue. Finally the exterior door was never closed proerly by whoever else was staying in the apartments. This was a real concern for security reasons. On the main entrance there is a notice reminding people to secure the door there should be one on the entrance to the basement too.

We do try to post as many photos on our website as we can, however, we are unable to add them all as you pointed out and are glad to say that we have updated all our website and out going photos as of this year. Thank you for informing us of the laminate. It has since been fixed. We would love to move the beds and add an additional side table and are currently looking at ways to improve the layout in some rooms and we are hoping to have mirrors near a power point soon and it has been a great suggestion. Apologies of the entrance smelling. We are unsure what may have caused it but it did not last and the machines are working fine. We agree with you concerning the entrance doors being left open. We do try make this clear, regrettably it does sometimes go amiss and we are also looking into self close doors on all entrances. Once again, thank you for your feedback

These little apartments are as good as you'll get for the price in London. In fact, haven't seen better for the money. Email correspondence was good. 1 minute walk to Bayswater underground and late night shops. Used the kitchen each night to keeps costs down and to eat healthily. Would stay again. Much better than a hotel of equivalent prices. Wifi was good for FaceTime home to the kids also.
