I enjoyed my stay at Flemings very much- the hotel is beautiful and cosy, the staff are attentive, friendly, energetic, and helpful, the facilities are modern and well maintained, the bar is one of my favourites… I will certainly recommend it to my friends and families, and I will stay here again next time when I am in London.
Booked a junior suite with eligible for upgrade. The room was not as shown or as per my last stay at hotel but far smaller without walk inshower and no seating area. The hotel staff was aggressive and rude when I asked for a room or an upgrade since I’m eligible for one as a Platinum member. At which point they asked for more money as a surcharge. Instead they asked us to stay in room and move following day. Terrible service. Manager was not available to resolve the issue.
Such an amazing little hotel. Staff were attentive, polite and helpful. The bar serves the most incredible cocktails too if you fancy pushing the boat out. Those cocktails contributed to us checking out an hour late but the staff were great about it. Every single room we went into was immaculate (and smelt amazing too). Would highly recommend.
Hotel was very clean and well-appointed. Excellent location only 2 blocks from underground. Room was slightly smaller than expected but immaculate and comfortable. The climatisation was a bit tricky and slow to respond. Superb concierge services were very helpful. Front desk accommodated late check-out.
I stayed at the Flemings Mayfair from December 25 to December 28. I was visiting London for my birthday and I’m so happy that I picked this property for my stay. I was upgraded to a bigger room and my room looked just like the pictures online and on their website. The hotel was located by the restaurants I wanted to try (Isabel Mayfair and Novikov) and it’s a 15 minute walk away from Buckingham Palace and Harrods. It’s a 5-7 minute walk from Bond Street which has all of the luxury stores.
The service I received was amazing from check-in to check out. I traveled alone and the front desk made sure I was good and they also assisted me with taking pictures.
on my birthday, they left a bottle of champagne in my room, and when I checked in, they left me a gift for Christmas (a book and wine). my room was spotless and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
The service was exceptional. The greeting and welcoming at entry was warm and gracious. The room was clean and right temperature. The second bedroom in the suite is tight space.
Fantastic little boutique hotel in Mayfair. Manetta’s bar was great! Walkable to lots of pubs, restaurants and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful - a real treat!
I've stayed here a couple times and it has been wonderful each. Beautiful hotel. Wonderful and welcoming staff. Close to transportation and in the middle of amazing area of London.
Fantastic location, beautiful art-deco hotel, very well maintained. Staff were very very nice & helpful.
The only two little issues, to take it from a full score rating, are the hardness of the bed/mattress & small attention to detail on cleanliness (fluff-dirt bits hanging down from the aircon vents) but I would definitely go back
Outstanding service starting from reception to restaurant to Manetta’s Bar.
The tasting menu at the Ormer Mayfair was incredible, the chef and his team deserve the accolades. Very private and classy place to stay yet so well situated

This hotel mostly is located very central to many touristic areas of London but the hallways, access to your rooms with many steps carrying luggages was very uncomfortable. There was nobody to help you at night or early morning through many narrow hallways, steps up and down and fire doors. Basically not a typical building for hotels.
Fabulous hotel, great service and we had a small apartment which was lovely. Only criticism was that we couldn’t be served a drink in the hotel bar at 11.15pm which as residents we thought was a shame. Bar should be open a bit later maybe till 12…..
Staff were very nice and accommodating, but the beds were so very uncomfortable. Hardly had any sleep. The TVs would turn on in the middle of the night every night. The tube was apparently under us because from like 6am until 10 or 11 (whenever it stopped running) we could hear and feel the rumbling. And we have been to London before and never experienced this. The shower would overflow all over the bathroom floor. It definitely was not worth $950 a night (which might be high because of the Jubilee).
