Great overnight stay before flying out to Heathrow in this small but very clean room. The bed, shower and provided towels were all excellent. The location is great for walks through Hyde Park and it is a short walk to/from Paddington Station.

I stayed four nights total , 2 before and 2 after a trip to Western England. Lovely hotel, nice modern rooms and very comfortable beds. The front desk people and housekeepers were very pleasant. The most comfortable stays I have had in London. Will definitely return whenever staying in London!

Second time staying at the Delmere before flying home to the US. It’s a great option; two blocks from Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express, tons of great restaurants within walking distance and the hotel itself has modern, clean rooms. I’ve stayed on the lower level at the back and it’s super quiet.

It is a nice hotel - lovely room if a little poky bathroom. Bfast is overpriced for what it is but fine Very convenient location and price overall make this a good 1 night place in London

Rooms are tiny which is on course for more affordable options in London. We stayed in another, slightly less "nice" place that we liked better and had free breakfast so this felt like a bit of a let down. Also scratchy pillowcases which was weird. But close to Paddington and staff was very nice, room was clean but there was an LED clock on bottom of tv that I couldn't figure out how to turn down or off (had to cover the whole tv with a towel) as it was like a spotlight!

Wow, nice hotel near Pendington Station! I absolutely loved my stay here and I would definitely choose to stay here again. You'll be happy to know that there's a fantastic Thai restaurant nearby that serves delicious Thai food at really affordable prices. You should definitely check it out if you're a fan of Thai cuisine!

Very nice and modern room integrated in an old building. Location is close to Kensington Palace, and Paddington Station!! Breakfast can be better but other than that, we had a lovely stay!

For a single traveler on business through London for just a couple of days (in and out) this hotel is perfect. Well located, close to Paddington station. The room was good and kind of well decorated.

Conveniently located within walking distance of Paddington train station, the hotel is well equipped, looks quite new inside and cosy. Be aware that they do not allow you to use your universal adaptors though but rooms Have USB plus and European plugs.

Pretty good value for money. Easy access to Paddington to get to/from Heathrow (take Elizabeth line not Heathrow Express to save money), downtown (via tube) and Hyde Park. Plenty of food options including the area behind the station along the canal

This was a great place to stay. It’s been recently renovated so everything is very modern. Quiet hotel within a short walking distance to Paddington so it’s very accessible. And, the price was very reasonable especially for London.

Close to Paddington Station
The location of the hotel is very convenient to Paddington Station both for the Heathrow Express Train and the Underground to get around the city. We stayed in a room with 2 twin beds. It was really small. Opening our large suitcases was an issue. The TV never worked correctly the entire 4 days we were there. The very nice guy at the front desk tried to fix it multiple times. The last 2 days there was no access to the Internet/streaming through the TV. It randomly turned off half a dozen times each evening. It was annoying. The breakfast room was pleasant and the food was limited but good. There are multiple places to eat in the area, including a McDonalds by the station.

Excellent for Paddington station Couple of restaurants 1 min walk which was great as we got there an hour before check-in Great front staff Breakfast was ok. Great staff member. Just super basic offering but ok. I had a boiled egg on toast. Daughter had a pancake which you can ask for and some cereal.

Friendly staff, in a good location to get around London. Room is small but that is normal for the smaller hotels in the area around Paddington.

All that one needs from a hotel room
Fantastic linens, pillows , and room. Everything was fresh and clean and the staff were great!! Lived the small courtyard our room was on and the fact we had fresh air through the window. Room 005 !! Loved it. Would stay again anytime

Got a very good price for the hotel. Bus and trains about 5 min walk or less. Hotel was very clean but you can hear upstairs or downstairs closing their bathroom door closed but that was first day. 11am check out time quite early I thought usual check out time in hotels I’ve been has been 12. Called down and they agreed on 11.30. Staff was amazing no fault at all for this hotel.

This hotel is very close to Paddington station its just a 5 minute walk, you will also find a park, some convenience stores, restaurants and shops. The Hotel was very quiet, clean and modern, the only thing which I seem to have issue with all London hotels is that the AC never blows cold air, I had to open the window to cool down the room.

Rooms are very compact, barely enough room to swing a cat! They were very clean, and well appointed, bathroom is again very small but has everything you need, except an extractor fan. Access to the room we were on was a challenge, either way you had to navigate a narrow staircase and with a few items of luggage this was not the easiest fete. Overall the location was great, we did not try the room service or breakfast option, in a pinch I would stay here again.
