CONVENIENT AND COMFORTABLE
We were relocated to the property in Suffolk Street because their property we initially booked had a problem. After being shown to a basement apartment, which we found rather stale and cheerless, we were relocated to a quiet and well-appointed studio on the second floor. Much better. The property is in a very quiet lane off a very busy street in London’s business district, and is incredibly well situated for walks to St Paul’s, Southwark and Millenium Bridges and a 2 minute walk to Cannon Street Station which gives quick transfers on the underground to anywhere in London. The duty receptionist was always happy to answer our requests, and most helpful in our change of room.

Great location
We stayed for a week in Farringdon, and would happily stay there again. Our apartment was spacious, quiet and comfortable. It was especially useful having a washer/dryer in the apartment. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great – minutes from Farringdon tube and rail stations, and only a few more minutes in the other direction to Chancery Lane and the Central Line. There were plenty of eateries in the nearby area – special mention for Ngon Ngon and Anglo. However on weekends, particularly Sundays, the choices are more limited. Small Tesco & Sainsbury supermarkets are very close also.

Amazing space
This apartment was as near to a home from home that you could get. They have thought of everything- hairdryer, iron, ironing board, trouser press, kitchenette with microwave and oven. It was impeccably clean and we will definitely use it again. We only stayed one night but would be happy to spend longer here. Dave on reception was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to help.

WiFi is beyond unbearable. I can barely keep browsing webs, video streaming is impossible, and it seems this has been a long time problem already, the management just didn't bother to fix it.

Convenient buses and underground.
Great, spacious room in a quiet, safe Neighbourhood. Has all I need and more. Take 25 to Oxford Circus. My Favourite bus. Heated mirror in the toilet was a bonus. Fantastic room and fantastic, informative staffs. Very much a pleasant stay throughout. No complains. Many eateries on the other side of Farringdon underground. Which is a 5 minute walk.

Great apartment in a great location
First things first - this property is not a hotel with a traditional lobby, etc. This is a residential building that does short term apartment rentals. That being said...we had an excellent experience staying here. For the price accommodations were equal to or better than most big brand hotels. We had a full studio apartment with clean and modern furnishings including kitchen, living room, bedroom and private bath. The property is located in the trendy neighborhood of Clerkenwell which is known for its coffe shops, pubs, restaurants and close proximity to Farringdon train station (takes you straight to Gatwick), downtown London, Islington and Shoreditch. As a frequent business traveler I am generally reluctant to book apartment rental properties. However, this building does have a small front desk with friendly and competent staff and a smooth, hotel-like check-in process. Overall, the experience is more like staying in a small boutique hotel and less like renting an apt from an individual. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this property (especially for the price).

A self-catering property, with (mostly) small studios about the size of an average US hotel room. There is someone onsite 24/7, and the staff was very personable and helpful. Check-in was a little confusing, as we couldn't get in touch with the front desk initially, and stood on the street waiting to enter the building for 10 min or so. The units are efficiently laid out, with most necessities, including: tea/coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishwasher, fridge, stove top, microwave/oven combo, washer/dryer, couch, dining table and chairs, queen/double bed, linens, standard toiletry setup, small television with basic channels, iron and ironing board. The beds are a little hard, and the units are starting to age slightly, but in general everything was as expected. Housekeeping only services the units once per week, and you'll also need to grab all your own food and beverage items (including coffee/tea, sugar, milk, etc.) Overall, the convenience can't be beat, and the studio was comfortable for two people for a week. Area: Very convenient to the tube, trains, Uber, etc. A busy area during the day, it quiets down, once the surrounding shops close up. There is a Tesco Express, as well as a Sainsbury Local very nearby for sundries, as well as a handful of excellent pubs and restaurants. The property is approximately one block from Farringdon station, quite centrally located in London, and allows easy access to the tube and rail systems.

absolutely brilliant place, perfect for arriving from heathrow. a stone's throw from farringdon tube station. loads of resteraunts around and tesco and sainsburys on the next corner. the apartment was really nice and clean, loads of space. couldnt have picked a better place.

A triumph of pretentious design over functionality
Virtually everything about this room was poorly thought-out, from the inaccessible luggage-stand to the blazingly bright "nightlight" that cannot be turned off and shines directly into your eyes when you lie on the bed, from the lack of light where it's needed (at the table, at the makeup mirror) to the lack of any kind of shelf in the shower enclosure (want to use soap in the shower? get ready to walk out of the shower and drip all over the floor in order to get it). Perhaps my favorite detail: The kitchen is bizzarrely well equipped -- as in, measuring cups and cake tins -- as though anyone is going to stay in this dark, claustrophobic closet long enough to bake a cake!

This is more 'serviced studio suites' than hotel, but does have someone on reception, it was all v easy with no checkout required. The studio was large and had a nice TV with SKY, which is v handy when you're on business and want to relax before bed.

I arrived later in the evening and couldn't figure out that you had to dial 100 to reach reception (I could see the reception desk but it was not manned). Therefore, initially my experience was a bit of a bad one but I was very surprised and pleased with the room. Minor quality issues like- very low water pressure from the bathroom faucet, the bathtub's moveable shower head's button was broken, towel warmer wasn't working, TV quality was quite low too. Otherwise I enjoyed the layout and having a washer in suite. The bed was super comfortable for me! I extended my stay and it was a bit of a hassle as I had to contact the manager directly, but then they were very accommodating when it came time to pay. Overall quite pleased with my find here. Nice and close to Farringdon station too!

So close to the centre of London
The location is so central, yet affordable! The apartment was modern, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Bathroom is big and equipped. Reception is manned 24/7 which is useful. We found the sound proofing from other peoples apartments poor- hearing the lady next door in her heels every morning from 715am and everyone leave their room by letting doors slam. It wouldve been great to have a towel change after a couple days but it is an unserviced apartment. Would come back for sure.

Accommodation for a nearby wedding
We stayed for a wedding nearby. The room was well equipped and had enough space. We were there for two nights and I was a little surprised that the towels weren't changed but I'm not sure if this was because it was an apartment hotel rather than a hotel. The gentleman on the front desk was excellent and gave us good tips on where to eat and get taxis. Would recommend.

A very nice, albeit compact, flat
We liked the flat and it was certainly convenient to what we wanted to do in London. On the other hand, you should expect a fair amount of street noise. Every night drunks from the pub down the street sang, yelled, and rowed (sometimes comically) under our window and then early every morning bin men arrived to loudly haul away bottles closely followed by delivery drivers with reverse beepers blaring. A higher floor might help, but have a pair earplugs handy just in case.
