"We had a fabulous stay at the Garrison. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was a little further up the road than the main hotel. It was very comfortable and a “home from home”. The apartment was very clean and dog friendly. They gave us a welcome pack with Tunnocks tea cakes, coffee pods and milk which was a lovely touch! The location was perfect in the centre of Fort William. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Good area not far from town centre, train station and west Highland way. Hotel was nice, clean and had a good restaurant. "This is a great place located around a mile or so from Strontian, off the beaten track. I had the twin (bunk bed) room in the bunkhouse next to the kitchen. Room was clean, tidy with a separate toilet, shower, sink. The TV and Freesat did not work (no channels) but frankly that didn’t matter as the weekend was about getting away from the Rat Race. Bed was small (but I big), but comfortable. The sound of a babbling brook, the smell of wood smoke and stars in the dark sky at night was enough...
