"Great location, cute hotel, central to most everything. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a room with windows on both sides. Room was spacious. Only downside is that they had a two in one body and hair situation in the shower. For the price we paid, would have liked to see shampoo, conditioner, and some body wash. Very minor. Would definitely stay again though! "

"We were there only one night, but the room was very comfortable and the staff was helpful. They recommended dinner at a nearby restaurant (Old Iceland) which was excellent! The hotel's breakfast buffett was wonderful with lots of fresh pastries, fruit, eggs and meats. I highly recommend this hotel in downtown Reykjavik. "

"Overall, the hotel was really nice. I absolutely loved the spa! The room was super cozy, and the bed was comfy. The only issue was the bathroom. It smelled terribly like sewage. They said they were sending someone up the next day, but nothing happened. When I eventually had one of the people from the front desk come up and smell it so she understood for sure, she apologized, brought some bathroom spray and ticket for 2 drinks at the bar.
