"The property is situated very close to Medina which is very handy for the Souk. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The food was excellent, we ate in the hotel every night. My only criticism would be was the terrible noise all hours of the day and night with the coming and goings of staff with trolleys moving through a staff service area next to my room and the air conditioning was useless. The temperature in my room was kept bearable by a foil (type) backed curtain which when closed did the trick. Other than that 10/10. Lovely time had by everyone. "

"Our stay was one of the best we have had. Staff were welcoming and thoughtful. The hotel has a very calm environment, which is a great place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Special mention of Mohammed the manger, who was so helpful. The food was great, with a large section to choose from. The choice of indoor or outdoor pools was also an added bonus. The hotel itself, has stayed true to its Marrakech architecture, with all the mod cons you would expect. I have been recommending the Kenzi Menara Palace to friends and family. Can’t wait to visit again. "

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le personnel attentionné et souriant. Les chambres étaient luxueuses, confortables et décorées avec goût, offrant une vue imprenable sur la vue panoramique et la grande piscine. Nous avons également eu la chance de profiter des délices culinaires proposés par le restaurant de l'hôtel Le CAT mettant en valeur leurs goût de service et les saveurs exquises de la cuisine locale. "This is a regular place for us to visit and the Four Seasons does not disappoint! Everything is on site - fabulous pool space and great spa! Breakfast was always outstanding and the staff are amazing! We had a great room with a terrace! Will definitely be back!!"
