"I've been a frequent visitor and been staying in this hotel whenever we are in Kitchener since 2018 and it never failed to always make us feel comfortable since from its old management to its new management. The covenience around the area has been our preference next to comfort. Highly recommended! The new management has done a job well done in upgrading the interiors of the hotel. It is more modernized and has a very well lighted rooms. Also the blackout curtains is literally black out. Hard to tell when its day or night unless we open them up. We will always keep on coming back there . "

"Very rundown in room. Ceiling is water stained looks terrible, paper is bulging and peelingboff wall, bed covers have burn holes from cigarettes. The tv did not work. Would definitely not recommendcthis hotel"
