"This was a very nice hotel. The staff were amazing. Very friendly, very polite. I would rate this hotel a 10 on almost everything except I found that the rooms could be cleaned a bit better. The walls and ceiling were dirty the doors were dirty...needs to be wiped down properly especially since this is such a high-end hotel, and the vents and fans are full of dust like they haven't been cleaned for years. "This hotel is an excellent option for people looking for a place in a quieter area than Shimbashi and cheaper than similar options in Ginza. Skyscrapers surround the area, and it's near Tsukiji, Shimbashi, and Ginza. It also is well connected to Subway and JR stations. The only issue I could think of is that it could be challenging to find if you don't know the area."
