"This was a very nice hotel. The staff were amazing. Very friendly, very polite. I would rate this hotel a 10 on almost everything except I found that the rooms could be cleaned a bit better. The walls and ceiling were dirty the doors were dirty...needs to be wiped down properly especially since this is such a high-end hotel, and the vents and fans are full of dust like they haven't been cleaned for years. The only issue I could think of is that it could be challenging to find if you don't know the area."
