"The front desk lady was not nice. When I asked if the hotel can help to call a taxi tomorrow morning to airport, she simply stated no such service. During the check-in, never saw her smile feeling you are not welcomed to this hotel. The next morning, the gentleman in the front desk helped me to call a taxi easily."

"While I was initially a little disappointed by the small and old hotel lobby, I changed my mind once I checked into my room. The view from my room was phenomenal. The bed was very comfortable, with special buckwheat pillows, and I slept very well during my stay. The bathroom also had a useful smart toilet.
