There was a sharp metal piece sticking out from the bottom of the mattress. The power cord for the treadmill had been cut so it was inoperable. The front desk was shown pictures of these items.

Front desk is completely unprofessional. He was rude. When I first got there to check in he was not there.. well the thing is that when he saw my ID he said that they do not accept local people. I ask him can I make another reservation with my husband id his id is from Texas he said no leave the hotel and get another one. His attitude was really mean.. I would not recommend to stay in this hotel. They should have a sign about not local people stayin. And hire professional staff. He was super mad I told him that I was going to write a review he said that he do not care. Then when we said what happened they change the story.. but the truth is what I’m saying super mean.

Overall decent. We had a room with two queens. The rooms were separated with the bathroom in the middle with a walk-in shower, which was nice each bed had its own TV. That being said the towel bar was broken the refrigerator was frozen and the microwave was filthy. The breakfast was very good! Not the best, not the worst, would probably stay again.

Front desk lady in the morning was SUPER RUDE to us. We always ask for a late checkout in hotels WAYYY fancier than this. ( we had limited options in Hobbs that’s why we chose this one 🙂) and they never turned us down or anything like that. Check out is at 11am we asked for late check out and front desk lady was treated us very very rude And said maximum time we can give you is 11:30 ( let me mention this too the hotel was EMPTY and we were one of the fewest customer’s they had , she also was giving us bad looks when we were checking out. I had a great conversation with a young gentleman at the time of check in I give that guy 10/10 he was super friendly and made good conversations with us and made us feel welcomed unlike the young lady in the morning and the older lady in the morning. NOT IMPRESSED

No toilet paper, Bed deed does not have fresh lining, sink in bathroom was broken in half, refrigerator did not work and large amounts of pigeon dropping on my window level roof top. I told the staff and they replayed, Ho I'm sorry about that!!!! Very disappointing experience at the hotel. It's important for hotels to maintain cleanliness and functionality to ensure a positive guest experience. The response from the staff also appears to be inadequate. It's important for hotels to take guest complaints seriously and strive to address them promptly and effectively.

Hello,I spoke with our front desk associate about this situation. He insisted that we can move you rooms for any inconvenience and yes you are right he did apologize for that, but stated you decided to stay in that room. We do work hard to rid of the pigeons but they have their own mind. The refrigerator was a very easy fix of plugging it in, but we are sorry that was not checked before. We strive to make all our guests as comfortable as we can.

As soon as we walked in, we were hit with the smell of gas. The employee said that the whole building smells that way. She states it is the smell of their furnace. It was horrible in the hallways. Our room smelled as though they sprayed an awful air freshener to cover up the smell of dirty mop water. We had to buff the furniture polish off the table tops before we could set our stuff down. It looked like they ran through and sprayed table tops and walked out. This may have been the cover up smell that hit us when we walked in the room. The free breakfast was good. The staff wasn't rude but they were not friendly either.
