Stayed 8 nights while visiting family. We had a ks bed in a large room with huge bay w lots of windows. Bathroom was
large enough to waltz in. Large drawers and a big closet with doors. Good internet. Breakfast 6am weekdays 7am weekends. Two nights a week they have social hour and provide supper. The staff is responsive to requests and well trained..professional. i had never stayed at a baymont inn before but will do so in the future hlping they are all so well run. Highly recommend this motel

We needed a hotel in Lovington but since they don't have one, we stayed in Hobbs and drove down to Lovington to do our work. It was a nice stay and we got to experience the flavor of Hobbs and also the smell of Hobbs. In the olden days back in the 1930's the smell was sharper -- but , of course, it was the smell of oil mixed with money. Not bad at all.
The hotel was very nice. Breakfast was interesting. There was good food, lots of men (I was the only woman.) Most of the conversation I heard was in Spanish and the TV was set on a Spanish channel..
If you have to go to Hobbs, and you have a pet, this is the place to stay.
The hotel is very new, and nice. The beds are comfortable and clean. The hotel is located on the North side of town, right off the main highway, but not noisy at all. Very close to what is major shopping in Hobbs, Wal-Mart, and also the NMJC, the racetrack and many chain restaurants. The pool is heated, and the staff is welcoming. I've stayed here the past two Christmas holidays with my miniature dachshund, and have loved it both times. The surrounding neighborhood has beautiful brick homes and well maintained lawns. I had no issue walking my dog at all hours, day or night.
Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, but most especially to dog lovers.

My husband I stayed there with our dog, Brownie. I was very pleased with the stay. It was a very nice hotel that allowed our dog. We live in Odessa,Texas and now know that our four legged friend doesn't have to stay behind when we go to New Mexico. The hotel is not very far from Zia Park. That is the reason we go to New Mexico. Brownie I'm sure enjoyed being not left behind and accompanied us on our trip. Very nice hotel that allowed us to walk in with Brownie. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!
