"The last time I stayed her in April, I noticed the big wrinkle down the middle of the hall carpet. This time I’m on the first floor, and the hall carpet is the same. It’s hard to see the carpet sticking up due to the pattern. But it sticks up a bit over an inch. Someone is going to trip…and a lawsuit will follow. Carpet needs to be re-stretched or replaced 1st and 3rd floors. ASAP"

"This was by far the most comfortable room I have ever stayed in. The facility was extremely clean, the room was immaculate and the bed was unbelievably comfortable.
