This hotel was fine. The first room I was given was a bit grubby looking. Black scrapes on the great painted walls where suitcases had been stored and thrown down. Unfortunately this was the first thing I saw when entering the room, so it made it feel like a low end Travelodge, not a newer, city hotel. Reception happily changed my room, although the one I got felt a bit smaller. I was put off with this, and likely would not use this hotel or any other Maldron properties again.

Was there with friends for a weekend and the hotel is very central to pubs restaurants shops etc. Room was a triple and although quite small it was fine as we only slept in it.

The staff were so helpful and professional. They helped us with everything. I needed help with our flight checkin and they were able to do it for me. The staff were very friendly accommodating and knowledgeable.

We booked one night due to attending a concert in the city. Not only was it walking distance to everything we needed but the hotel was absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and well maintained S were the bathrooms.

No fridge. Air conditioning stops automatically at around 2 am. There were a few spots on the toilet seat, one of the four pillows, and the second espresso cup. They are all covered. I offered to waive housekeeping to the concierge but then i was told to put the "do not disturb" sign out. Then i got a note from the accommodation department about not able to performhousekeeping on the nedt day. They seemed confused.

Decent city hotel, in the 'theatre district'. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet good. Staff helpful and polite. Dinner menu a little limited. 5-10 mins walk into central Glasgow, very close to Buchannan Street Bus station.

Great location for walking around Glasgow. Hotel staff all friendly. Rooms modern and clean but would be a bonus if there was a mini fridge. Car park only a few minutes walk and a reduced rate for hotel guests is great at £12.

Lovely hotel located in the central of Glasgow. Parking close by which is discounted by the hotel. Rooms were clean and modern. We were on the 11th floor, it was very quiet. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Good bar, lovely cocktails. Breakfast wasn’t the best, buffet style is never the greatest. Only found out after we’d had breakfast you can order eggs how you like them, or porridge. Nothing up to tell you, only overheard a staff member telling someone else. Breakfast pretty expensive for the quality.

First time staying here and would definitely go back. Public car park just a few minutes walk from hotel-only £12 for 24 hours as opposed to public rate of £33. Staff fantastic from reception to bar to breakfast all very friendly. Room clean and modern. Gym looks well equipped. A fridge would be a bonus in the rooms.
