"I lived in NYC for 5 years and travel to this wonderful city 4-6x a year. This has been the best hotel I've stayed at for so many reasons. Location!!! A couple of blocks away from SoHo, Bowery, LES and Nolita. Shopping, restaurants, bars, parks, bodegas, grocery stores were literally steps away. Amazing lounge bar, great restaurant, beautiful rooftop view, lockers for your luggage, clean and decent size rooms, great Customer Service. Anything Ian Schrager touches is pure gold.⭐️"

"Sidney was great! Welcomed my wife and I into the hotel and held our bags until our room was ready. We arrived early. Easy walk to Times Square and the subway. Would definitely stay here again "

"I enjoyed staying at this hotel and would come back. The room and hotel was very nice and had a cute aesthetic overall. It was within walking distance of the subway, train station, and bus station. It was easy for my Uber to pull up to and out. Within walking distance of Empire State building, Time Square, and Korea Town. Also had lots of restaurants, shops, and bakeries like Zeppola Bakery that was very good! The staff was very nice and helpful, they were even able to upgrade my room to check me in early. I felt safe here and would recommend to solo female travelers. The elevator system specifically was a nice safety measure. It wouldn't allow anyone who didn't have a keycard onto the bedroom floors and I believe security was nearby. Some additional perks, they have a restaurant in the same hotel so it was nice If I didn't want to leave and could order pickup, they also had polaroid camera's that I could rent for the day for free. It was a good stay, thank you!"
