"Overall, my experience at the hotel was positive. The reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The initial room we were given had a pleasant view of the port, but there was a problem with the faucet. However, the staff promptly moved us to another room on the opposite side of the building. Despite the minor inconvenience, it didn't affect our short nighttime stay. The bed sheets were a bit worn and old, but they were clean, which was the most important aspect for us."

"Check in takes a while if you have to add a pet to your stay, there is an extra $15 charge for them. I don’t know if this is a California thing? I have never had to pay for a pet to stay with me. "Great time. Everyone very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. Pool was nice and clean as well as the hot tub. Downfalls: -Felt rushed by cleaning crew to get out -Restaurant was sub par. Daughter ordered a grilled cheese and it came burnt. Asked for another one and was told thats hoe they cook it. "
