The best location in Crescent City. Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC didn't work/was broken and rooms not very insulated from noise (inside and out), but otherwise a very nice place to stay if you want to wander around the coast. The breakfast in the attached restaurant was very good.

We enjoyed our stay at the Oceanfront Lodge. The hotel is definitely an older property, but our room was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family. The location is hard to beat—the ocean views are beautiful, and we loved being able to walk to several restaurants and explore the waterfront without having to drive. The only downside for us was the pool. It looked a bit questionable during our stay, so we decided not to use it. If having a pool is a priority, it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, if you’re looking for a comfortable place with great views and an excellent location, this is a solid choice. We’d stay here again for the convenience and scenery.

Overall the stay was fine. We got there late so don’t have a lot to base it on. Staff seemed young but was okay. The building seemed a little run down but it was clean. The view from our room was amazing.

The room was sparsely decorated. Chair was dirty and very old . Desk chair was worn out. Bed was very uncomfortable. This room has not been updated in years. The hotel has a spectacular view. But other than that way too much money. Please spend some money and update.

The location was perfect, right on the beach. The property was quite dated, in various states of disrepair. Our air conditioning was not functional, which was a problem given allergies of several in my party. The front desk was staffed by teenagers who didn’t seem to know how to handle requests. Having said all that, the location was lovely and the restaurant on site had wonderful food and attentive staff.
