"The location was great - immediately accessible to many of the important sites. Regretfully, parking at the hotel was a significant problem. (We had stayed at the hotel previously and it was a problem then also.) The staff was very friendly. We'd like to especially commend and thank Julian Barrow, the Front Office Manager, and Dan the waiter at the Four Flamingos. Both were very professional but also very cordial and helpful. Also, Angie at the poolside bar was very pleasant and our housekeeper...

"I love the outdoor bar area. The staff is excellent. Especially Q ( That’s her name). The only downside is that the lighting in the room and bathroom is terrible. Simply not enough light. "

"The morning front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, them alone added at least a star to the overall experience. Hotel was pretty good with a nice pool area and decent amenities. The one thing I did not like was our room was facing the very busy street and the street noise was loud throughout our stay."

"Highly recommend! Hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and comfortable, pool was a perfect temperature and never overcrowded, the shuttle to and from old town was a nice convenience. The only thing it would've been nice if the pool bar had a lunch menu!"
