"Had a great time here as a family of 4. Pools were fun and safe. We had a room looking at the volcano that was spacious and adequate for us. Food was ok, but would have been nice if there was a slightly finer dining experience at the hotel. Other than that can’t fault it. "

"Great resort for families. alot of pools to choose and not too crowded since there are options. Plenty of Lounge chairs by pools are available. Since the resort is so large not all areas are walkable. we were in the Lakes and had to drive to kids area in the Falls. the two bedroom villas were very spacious for family."

"The kids and all of us loved the pool are, perfect for the whole family! Bar near the pool to order food and drinks was awesome!! Highly recommend!!"

"Excellent. The only downside is Valet. Besides its being overpriced be prepared to wait for your car more than 30 minutes ( took an hour in my case) "
