"This is graded 5 but should be a 4 and possibly lower. Room was in need of maintenance and there was evidence of mould in the shower. Carpet was stained and fitted furniture scratched and damaged. Mini fridge was dirty and turned off on removing key card on exit. Penthouse restaurant is good for breakfast but items not replenished regularly. "

We were only supposed to stay one night but ended up staying 4 due to the features and perfect hotel experience we received from staff. "
