I reserved a king bed and a hot a double. The TV with internet didn’t work even with hotel attendee assisting. Sheets were stained or dirty not sure. And bed mattress were sinking in the middle.

When I arrived to check in they tried to charge me a different price as Expedia offered me. They charged me a deposit for instance, it is been 5 days since I checked out and they haven’t credited me back the deposit. When I got to the room the bathroom was dirty so they checked me in other room.

Kickapoo getaway
Pictures that are shown are far from what the facility actually looks like! Looks like the rooms have been freshly painted. Bed are very comfortable. Front desk staff representative was extremely nice

We have stayed here a few times when the casino itself has no vacant. Check in was easy and the woman checking us in was polite and courteous. It’s nothing fancy but we felt safe and honestly you just sleep there.

It was not great. We didn’t get to check in until 10pm when we got into eagle pass at 5. It was there fault and we didn’t even compensated for the inconvenience. They still owe me my deposit and keep telling me they sent it when it’s been 2 weeks. We will no longer be staying here

The only thing I liked about the motel was that it is the closest place to Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino when that Hotel is booked. What i didn't like is that you can hear everything outside the room and upstairs with the paper thin walls. The restroom is also very tiny.

The place we stayed at the hotel casino could have been a little updated the plugs were outdated but everything else was nice it did have a lot of steps which was an inconvenient being that I have a visual disability but other than that not too bad and the TV could be a lot bigger

Best just to sleep for the night.
Best just to sleep for the night. If you expect something fancy this is not the place. If you want something close to the Kickapoo casino because now Kickapoo has restrictions on their hotel stay on the weekends. This place is going to be that close. When we got there to the Casino Hotel i can see one bed was made but the other bed was not fully made with the correct side sheets. Their was no hair drier. I guess no one check the fridge i was able to get 3 left over beers.
