"This property has become one of our favorite hotels. We usually stay in the on the river downtown but now, no way. The staff is very very nice and helpful. Overall I'll rate this experience an A-/B only cause they offer 24 hour service valet parking and getting there, no one was there. I waited over 20 minutes to find out no one was working. But, other than that, I just love the beach, accessibility, the stores and again the staff and cleanliness of the business. "

"The staff was friendly and the property was super clean. The walls are solid and I didn’t hear any of the guests next to us. The only thing that was annoying was having to ask for room service like twice (just to make sure your requests are fulfilled in a timely manner, ask the older/seasoned staff). It seems like the go to hotel for couples and families. There wasn't any frat / spring break nonsense going on. There are a few restaurants in walking distance but if you’re looking for more...

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We are so pleased with the cleanliness and friendliness of the place! For a beachfront hotel it is very reasonable especially when you figure in the great breakfast! Parking is the only thing I have any issues with. The lot is small and the larger spaces get taken quickly, so it difficult to find a place for our families' Expedition. Otherwise, no complaints!! "

"This Sheraton is located in a dilapidated area. Although great highway access, the area is sketch at night. Loud music from the ball room ensured I didn’t get any rest. The buffet breakfast was average with no vegan options. Hotel smelled like post hurricane trams in my room and halls. The price doesn’t match the experience. Staff was amazing! "
