The hotel staff I spoke to on the phone before arrival and all the staff came in contact with while there were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean and tidy with tea and coffee replenished each day for duration of stay.Option of free daily newspaper explained at check in. "

"we had an easy check in although it was a trek to the room up to the 5th floor then walk along to another wing and take the floor to another level although it was definately worth it once we arrived in the room. the facilities in the room were lovely couldnt fault them, we were exhausted 1.30am when we checked in. "The location is very convenient for Gatwick North terminal, but signage for the drop-off at the hotel is very poor if you are not already aware of the hotel location. Our taxi driver made two circuits of the airport complex, incurring two charges, before we solved the riddle. "
