Staffordshire Hotels with Gyms

"The hotel was ok and in a great location for our visit to Stoke-on-Trent. The room we were given was small, with the double bed up against the wall. When in the room there was the sound of water running and this never stopped, even after telling the reception and was told by them that the maintenance people would sort it out, but no, it kept on running! It was like water torture! So if room 317 is allocated to you, then insist on another room!! The breakfast was good and the staff serving were...

"Lovely hotel with very welcoming and accommodating staff. Building and grounds are perfect for the football fans. We went for my son’s birthday and he had a great time in the pool and looking at the football training pitches. The staff were amazing for including a surprise cake plate and helium balloon in the room and discuss the past times of the players when they stay "

"Had to pay an extra £20 per night to “upgrade my room” which was better for access due to disability issues with my legs but the room was not an upgrade as my booked room had a larger bed and the supposedly upgraded room had very small short single beds Asked for room top up On first day and got back to find nothing had been done and had to ask for toilet paper Had it not been for the excellent meals abd service in the restaurant and pool I would not have been happy with this booking "

"Nice property…nature abounds but you need your own transportation.No restaurant inside but you can order for delivery at nearby restaurant for dinner..need to plan for breakfast.awesome kitchen…with washer and dishwasher.Heated pool and with hot tub and sauna…Pleasant staff as well & responsive to needs.Phone in Badger9 is not working…staff made aware."
