"Friendly boutique hotel "

"I was very happy and satisfied with Emerald Hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. In particular, I would like to thank the young gentleman who was at the reception desk when I checked out Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m.. I forgot his name. However, I do remember that the meaning of his name was “generous” in English."

So welcoming and going extra mile to make sure your stay in Belgrade, their hotel is pleasant. The only I was missing is desk to use while working. I recommend this place "

"We were traveling for the first time ever with our family cat, which we confirmed ahead of time with the hotel. The hotel had a clean kitty litter box already set up in the room, along with a pet bed and food and water dishes. This was a very nice touch and made our stay so much easier. The staff was very thoughtful and customer service oriented. Would definitely stay here again."
