"When checking in with may family we encountered a significant hygiene lapse within the room, discovering an inappropriate item near the bed that compromised the overall cleanliness standards. Despite promptly notifying the apartment management and demanding another apartment, they advised that no alternative apartments were available and in recognition of the inconvenience, the management promised a refund as a resolution, so we had to book and pay for another hotel for that night. Kommunikation mit dem Host von der Buchung zum Check-out sehr gut und er ist für Fragen immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber, und mit allem was notwendig ist ausgerichtet.
