"Stayed here for an overnight for an early flight the next day! The staff was most accommodating and hospitable. Easy advanced check in as we arrived early, left the back to take a tour all day and our room keys were ready for pick up when we returned! Room is very spacious, clean, and up to date. The most impressive was the restaurant with a good bar and good food selection. Great buffet! And breakfast was available as early as 2 AM for those with early flight! I would stay here again and highly recommend. "

"This by far has been the best hotel experience I have had. The people were so amazing, welcoming, helpful, and not to mention the food. My mom and I ate at the bar lounge the Cesar salad that was soo good. The manager at the bar lounge Andre was so kind and always made us laugh. The gentleman at the front desk Deigo was so helpful with recommendations about tours. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent located hotel. We stayed in the northern wing in a nice corner room with great view to the Rossio square. The room was well appointed and immaculate clean. It had an espresso maker with capsules, comfy bed and towels. The towel was brand new, with porcelain tiles and a great rain shower. The location cannot be better within walking distance to major sites and the metro. Highly recommended."
