"I have stayed here many times. It has a nice location near KU med center. It has shopping center and restaurants nearby. It has easy access to the interstate.It's actually located in a somewhat quiet area. It has been showing signs of age though lately."

"I was looking forward to a cinnamon roll made by Holiday Inn but, to my disappointment, that is only for the Express hotels. I paid $175 for the room (including taxes and fees) so it was a little higher than I usually spend but I was willing for the cinnamon rolls (I bought ahead of time before knowing they didn’t serve breakfast). I do like that they actually have body wash rather than bar soap as I prefer that. If it was $25 cheaper, we may stay again if we are in the area."

"Great, for the price or not! Wonderful location, easy off & on the highway. Plenty of restaurant options very close by. The area felt safe. Friendly, accommodating staff. Comfortable bed with clean, crisp linens. Happy hour with 2 complimentary drinks (who does that any more). Plentiful breakfast Overall, a real gem."

"The location is quite convenient. There are lots of eating options nearby and shopping options. It is set back from the busy street which helps create a quiet setting, pleasant for sitting on the outside patio. The property is clean and pleasant, although the room I stayed in had a hole burned through one of the curtains on the window, and small black stains on the shower curtain and on one of the pillowcases. But overall it was good enough. "
