"We had excellent service. We had a problem with our room and it was immediately taken care of. We seemed to always have the same bartender at the pool bar and he always made sure our family was hydrated as needed. All the servers in the buffet we wonderful to us and our kids. The only downside was the Knife. We had to wait also two hours for our food to come out and once it did it wasn’t good."

"I stayed at El Greco in February of 2020 hotel was booked through Expedia.com location was great I was able to move around locally my biggest problem is El Greco still did not refund my Deposit that I should have receive at the end of my stay providing there was no issues regarding the property . El Greco please do the right thing send my refund."

"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"Everything was at superlative , excepting one thing that I am not sure if it's property fault or not . One day , I booked a scuba day trip with one on the company that operate on one of their beach . The " scuba day trip" was in fact a half hour snorkeling trip and a stop to a beach with a small restaurant . It's false advertising ( the name of the boat/company is Scubaquatic ) "
