If you plan on staying at the hotel all the time then this place is not for you. If you just need to a place to lay your head and shower then this is ok. The main problem is this place is out of the way so most taxi drivers have no idea where this place is and you pretty much have to tell them. "The staff were kind and approachable, the breakfast was good, the room was nice a big and all the rooms has sea view, However, the T.V did work in any of the rooms, the swimming pool was maintained and wasn’t accessible. The shower was old and no hot water. Overall, the hold building needs refurbishment to bring it back to the lovely Relax Resort that I remember from over the years.👍😊"

"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"Very nice place. Even though it is very important to have staff members who speak different languages. I am totally bilingual but my partner is not, so it was difficult to communicate in many occasions. Need to find Spanish speakers in the staff. "

The resort staff make you feel welcome and encourage guests to participate in everything you can squeeze into your time at the resort.
