"The resort itself is gorgeous, amazing views and great amenities. Unfortunately I don’t think they cater well for their customers. We had a long drive to Death Valley only to find the saloon restaurant fully booked and we had to eat at the buffet, which was all cold and mediocre. Even the staff member indicated that the food wasn’t great. The general store was good enough but closes at 9pm and opens at 7pm. For weary travellers suffering with jet lag I think the offering could be better"

The mgr hung up on me when I requested a refund and this was after I had to call multiple times to even get in touch with someone to help me . People live in the hotel and it’s unsafe .
