"Despite the name, Ingra is a hostel or motel, not a hotel! First, this is Not the right place for those w/mobility issues. There are many steps and no elevator. If to that you add suitcases, well good luck getting to the 2nd or whatever floor you’re on. Second, they say they clean the bathrooms frequently. "The pictures on line absolutely do not reflect the property, it’s old , dirty, poorly maintained and way over priced. If you book this you will be very unhappy. The employees are very nice, but the building and neighborhood are terrible. Trash everywhere , NO AC!, smells like mothballs, looks like the painting and floor covering were done by people that just don’t care. The bathroom faucet wasn’t even secured to the sink. I can’t say enough of how bad this place is. Do yourself a favor and DONT!"

"There was sticky stuff all over the hotel room walls. Every room had nasty stuff on the walls. The kitchen had food stains on the cabinets. I found a donut under the couch. Electrical appliances were daisy chained together which created a fire hazard. Lamps were missing lightbulbs."

"Our room was right by the river. And you could see the train pass by on the mountain across. Amazing location. They have 2 food trucks on the property and they were open until 10 pm (we visited in the last week of July). Heating, and water temperature in the shower was good. Please out more soap bars. At least 2 per day. They were very small, round and flat, and 1 is not enough for 4 people for 2 days."
