Me, my wife and kids stayed in this hotel room, we were given a room that has a door connection to another room, around 2:00 am people in the room next to us were extremely loud, partying and having intimacy. I'm so glad my kids were sleeping, me and my wife couldn't sleep all night. We called reception and nothing was fixed. Horrible experience.

Our room was on the second floor and half of our window was cut off by the roof covering the entrance. The room was small but cute and clean. I think box springs would help the bed to be more comfortable. It was definitely "no frills" but that's ok - we just wanted to be in totality for the eclipse.

Everything was all around wonderful! Only thing I would recommend is maybe another pool table to accommodate more people playing at once, we wanted to play but seems there was always someone on the table.

Our stay wasn’t the best. Toilet didn’t flush, heater blew cold & the breakfast was mediocre. A friend of mine made reservations when I did and her room was given away.

I could hear a dog barking in the next room. Hallways had mud on the carpet on 2nd floor that never got cleaned up. The floors were not mopped good.

Displeased with this stay. A first for TRU hotels
We stay at tru and Home2suites hotels allll of the time and all across the county. And when I say this was the most rundown/decrepit one that we have stayed at… I mean it! We had to request two different rooms due to damages, filthiness, as well as toilets not flushing. Although room changes were accommodated, each room was barely more comfortable or acceptably clean. Would not recommend this location. Stay in Plano!!!

The hotel was clean, quiet, friendly and close to everything you could need for a stay. We were there for a three day qualifiying swim meet and the hotel was located 5 minutes from the Natatorium. Definitely will use this hotel again.
