"Had a really lovely stay with my sister for just one night. "We loved the hotel, the room was lovely, the beds were so comfy, the Dyson hairdryers,comimentary chocolates and bath room toiletries were really first class. "friendly staffs. We booked a few rooms together for a trip. One of the group arrived around 9pm and their room was given away. We paid ahead with all rooms booked well ahead. They found a solution was to put my friends in next hotel across the street with upgrade. How did this happen? our groups were split in 2 different places. I am pretty upset."
