"Their service was excellent. They were super helpful. I wanted to check-out early the next morning, so I went to the reception that night and informed them to do a quick process for the check-out. They were not only very helpful regarding the check-out process but also this gentleman at the lobby packed my breakfast just because I would not be there to have breakfast. "Location excellent don’t let that mislead you to stay in this Hotel it’s a dirty run-down hotel with worse food and staff. property is beyond dirty. This use to be a very nice hotel and known for Sri Lankan food and even that they are the worse now. We stayed in 7 Hotels in Sri Lanka on this trip this is the only bad place we experience avoid this hotel by all means."
