This hotel is a nice reprieve from the city itself. We only spent one afternoon and night here. The high tea is a meal in its self! Lovely pool area with a great view.

Our stay here was wonderful, the staff were very attentive and help us. The we asked to be soften but found it a little hard. The pool area needed more umbrella’s & sun lounges and some W pool music.

Cannot fault the staff, didn’t come across a single staff member who wasn’t polite and helpful. Room big and faultlessly clean. Shopping centre next door handy and has bar with sport on as an Aussie. Will be back at some point. Thank you.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, I basically like this hotel because I feel it new, model, clean. I recommend to all my colleague who need to go to Sri Lanka. However, this time, I feel a bit disappointed, the room wasn’t really clean, - first day when I check-in, I find there have a bottle of water had been drunk half. - I feel the carpet had something to bite - sometime, the room service did not throw the rubbish even it was full - room service will laid part of the quilt on the carpet It make me a bit disappointed.

First time away from Cinnamon properties when on business. Thought would give Marriott Courtyard a try. Stay at Marriott in Yogyakarta and love it. Courtyard very different but still a pleasant stay. Lack of any diet soda drinks was disappointing. Glass table in room was a bit shabby and spoilt the overall feeling of the room. Shower cubicle. Was small and cramped and door design not that practical but a minor niggle. Overall was a good stay. Lovely courtyard area and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would consider staying again. Thank you.

Brand new hotel.... very good overall

This is a brand new hotel and really well furnished. Has a high quality feel to it, better than I expected for a 'Courtyard' hotel. It's up high in a building so only down-side is that it has no gardens and is right by road-side, but it has roof top pool. I had requested a quiet room but was given one at the side overlooking a small temple that had drumming sounds from early morning so did not sleep so well but linen, bed and bathroom all excellent. Roof top pool nice and stunning view of Colombo skyline, esp. at night when lit up. Dinner buffet was excellent and breakfast was goo, but impossible to get a good cappuccino. I tried a few times. Very weak and tasteless.
