If I’m going to a concert at Pine Knob I stay here. Staff are friendly and approachable. I can always get Uber Eats delivered after the show. I can’t wait until my next concert.

Staff was very helpful. Property was very clean. There is a propane fire pit outside that was really nice as well.

We stay here often for work and my daughters live nearby as well. We often do a family dinner with carry out in the cafe area. We always feel welcome and the staff is wonderful. Highly recommend!

The staff was great, particularly, Tony. He was so nice and helpful with everything. We joke that he gave us the “Presidential Suite”, even though most all rooms are the same! The pool was absolutely disgusting. Hair balls in the water and dirty. Was not a pleasant experience with the pool. Breakfast lacked options and kid friendly food.

MY husband and myself stay at this location quite often for business. We do a lot of traveling for work and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The staff is wonderful from management to the cleaning crew. I left my credit card in my room after check out. The cleaning person turned in my card and I was called. I will continue to give this hotel my business when working in the area.

Stayed for a wedding that was nearby. Had a hard time sleeping as we could hear another guest in a different room snoring through the wall all night long. Must be super thin walls. Would go home instead of staying here again.

We have stayed several times. This is our 2nd time stayed where we had to request a change of bedding due to several stains and hair on at least 1 bed. The rest of the property is clean, quiet, and has a decent breakfast. New bedding was brought up much more timely this time compared to last. For what we need it for, its worth the money and stay.

Overall nice, could have been cleaner
The staff was kind and thoughtful, warning me about snowy roads the morning I left. I thought the room could have been cleaner (there were pieces of hair on the floor in the bathroom and on the bathroom wall and a piece of trash next to the refrigerator). Overall, my experience was good. I hope to stay again if I'm in the area.

Room was nice. Had to ask for toilet paper upon arrival. Very small plates for breakfast. Never had tax (Michigan AND city sales taxes) charged on extra $50 for dog. Couldn’t find it online. Very curious!
