Michigan Hotels

This was by far one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

We had a great time visiting - the front desk staff were very helpful with directions to different parts of the city. The valet parking attendent - James was great. He told us all about what we should go and see - great customer service!

Food is fantastic. Had the breakfast buffet, which couldn't be better. Came back for supper and was fantastic. View is awesome too. Parking was plentiful.

Although my rating of the hotel is superb my stay was unacceptable. I specifically chose the Radisson as my lodging while in Kalamazoo due to the fact that they advertised an indoor pool area. I planned to take my two grandchildren swimming so that they had something to do during our stay. I thought it would be worth $220 for one night to be able to spend some fun time with them. The hotel decided that a Saturday night would be the perfect night to clean the pool! I was exceptionally agitated and told them this amenity was the only reason we were staying at the Radisson. They did not seem to care, the pool had to be cleaned. So I am out a chunk of change and my grandchildren were extremely disappointed in Gigi [me]. I did not rate the hotel based on my frustration - overall the hotel is extremely nice! Disappointed from Cincinnati

We had a great stay. Staff was wonderful. The only place I saw room for improvement was the pool was pretty cold and there were no towels there on 2 occasions.

It was only an overnight stay but the bed was comfortable and the heat worked really well.

Very tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable hotel. Perfect situation for my family. Easy check-in check-out. Great location. Would reccomend to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay at Days Inn very much, very friendly staff, friendly atmosphere, and very informative. The food was excellent, hot and plentiful. The cost was very reasonable.
