"This hotel is worth the stay for the history alone! However, it being centrally located to everything in Florence (museums, shopping, dining, churches, etc) is the real appeal. Most of the staff spoke and understood English, which was nice. They were extremely helpful with any questions we asked. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Clean, comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is perfect if you need to be close to train station (lots of luggage?). The lighting was a bit dim in the bathroom and bedroom and made it hard to see to put on makeup. Lack of charging ports. No extra seating in the room made it hard to sit and relax without being in bed. Walkable distances to all major sites. Can be noisy at night due to location, and it is not the easiest to drive to if you have a car. Had some issues with bookings made via the guest services site not seeming to work, and some staff were not immediately helpful in resolving it. Others were excellent though."
