You can see they have been upgrading property, and much has been done, there are some minor upgrading improvements to go, however none, that would keep you from staying at the property. Many hotels/ motels in the Kissimmee and Orlando area, have terrible conditions and reviews, finding a property, at this level of condition, and staff friendliness is hard to come by! Worth the drive for the peace of mind…"

"For a budget hotel this was great, the room was clean, beds comfortable, a great value breakfast, laundry facilities on site, walking distance to many restaurants and a courtesy bus to the theme parks, 24 hour walgrens roght across the road, would definitely stay again "
