"I was happy with everything about the actual hotel until i laid down and saw a bed bug nypmh crawling towards me on the white sheets. I work in pest control and I know exactly what a bed bug looks like. Identifying the bug is also easy as the bug was crawling towards me and had no issue crawling on me when given the opportunity.
