"Tout était parfait, bon accueil, perssonnel courtois, chambre propre correspondant à ce que nous recherchions. Le hic: cuvette de toilette bloquée! Je sais, ça peut arriver n'importe où, mais quand ça nous arrive.... et le personnel d'entretien n'était plus disponible depuis quelques heures. On m'a offert un syphon pour me dépanner... sans effet. On nous a offert une autre chambre. En fait on nous a surclassé en nous accordant une chambre "exécutive" sans surcharge. Merci!"

"All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was quite sufficient with eggs, sausages, French toast, coffee, cereal, yogurt, muffins, and fruit. The beds were a little stiff but the sheets were nice and the shower was clean."

"Nice place. Great location- right on the main drag and right at the river too, Bed and linens were comfortable. Modern and trend deco and furnishings. Hot tub looked nice( faced the river) but did not use it as got back from late dinner and it closed at 10pm. Would be nice to have a little later usage of the hot tub - even until 11pm in the summer. New cafe attached at the front/on main road was really good. Tiny issues- but doesn't affect the rating. The tile in the bathroom is freezing- had to...

"It was nice to see the area quiet as we needed to get to sleep early for early leave for airport"

"The room was clean and the motel was on a quiet forested setting, but convenient to amenities and shopping. However, the bed linens were completely wrinkled as if they were slept in then used again. I think they were clean but just poorly stored after drying. The wifi didn’t work. The tv control didn’t work and the telephone didn’t work so we couldn’t call the front desk. All in all, the room was very overpriced for a 2 star property."
