"İznik is a quiet hamlet with a lot of history. This hotel has a key location with Lake İznik a block away. Walking onto the terrace you are met with views of the mountain, the tree tops and bougainvillas along with the ancient city wall next to the property. Buffet breakfast is well attended by hotel staff. When I needed a room one floor lower due to knee problems they easily accommodated. Our room, fitted for 3 adults was furnished with antiques and quite lovely. The staff was kind and...

"We gave this place the benefit of the doubt but that was a bad decision. Asking about the "hot tub" upon check-in, we were told the room had a "jacuzzi tub." We were not told that there would be no working plug, lukewarm water only and a ceiling filled with mold. The restaurant was filled with smokers despite this being illegal and the food could not even be called mediocre. Staff is wonderfully friendly but this can't make up for the horrendous condition of everything else."

"The details and the pictures of the property is totally different than real one. It's written that 4 bed rooms, but there was only 3. It also written apartment has back yard and public swimming pool. When I arrived I was shocked that guests havd no access to swimming pool and the apartment on 3rd floor with tiny balcony. For sure that will be the first and last time I book through home away.com. property name Dreams of Holiday."
