"Room was excellent and breakfast was perfect with good selection of food options.we had aircon issue in our room but manager sorted out immediately and we had very comfortable stay.location is nice.hotel do have taxi service which is very convenient."

"The property itself is excellent. The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is very far from Bursa’s attractions even if you have car you will feel it. The spa service is on reservation which doesn’t make sense. The massager guy is only available for limited time which doesn’t match with their time table. "

"Its a terrible insult to 4* hotels for this old smoke infested hotel to be ranked 4*. It needs a huge renovation. I thought i was gettjng a great deal wihen i saw the price and 4*. To start off its in a very busy intersection with a lot of traffic noise. It was a maze to get to front of hirel given that its literally at one corner of a 4 way highway. "Great staff. Wonderful service. These young men are a true representation of the Turkish culture. Over and beyond. The rooms are super clean. The food is fine. Location is quite and near by everything. The Green Mosque, the Castle, the Market, the Old Bazaar and many more. The park is in front of the hotel, and it has games for the kids and many restaurants that open beyond 1 am. "It was very close to the mall and resturaunt and public transportation. Very walkable distance for most necessary things. Easy for us to get vale parking which was convenient for us. Free room service as well. Only complaint is a lack of a microwave in the room. Overall, very good service and experience, thank you"
